Hotel sv. Ludmila — Hotel in Skalica

We are a company with offices in more than 29 countries all over the world. When we deliver our yearly International convention it is very important for us that we deliver it in facilities that have TOP standards. This year we have delivered it in Slovakia, in hotel Sv. Ludmila. We were really satisfied with staff attitude and how extremely service oriented and professional they all are. Whenever we had some problem, they immediately came with a solution - from handling the mix-up of the rooms to handling the special meals demands for specific dieting people. This kind of attitude is hard to find when you organize seminars and conventions in hotels. And we have seen lots of hotels and have quite some experiences with different people. Staff of this hotel gives an excellent example of how guests should be treated.According to our survey that we did with our attendees, the hotel and the services got the highest marks and all of them were very satisfied with your services. By the majority of attendees it was also labeled as the best convention ever, that was partially thanks to the excellent job and contribution of the hotel`s staff.|Surrounding of the hotel is great, it is close to the center but not in the busy area which was very nice. The hotel is very nice outside and inside. Well kept garden and the grounds, nice interiors and rooms. Unfortunately, the hotel is placed out of the city of Skalica, so you need to walk aprox 15 mins to get to the city. Rooms are of average size. I found the cleanliness as just average, in overall room is clean, lines changed every day, but there was a layer of dust on the working desk, bathroom etc. OK for people with standard expectations.. My biggest concern is related to the floor of rooms - all rooms has a stone / tile floor. Every movement of chair make a noise so should you have a bit noisy people around you, that may be an issue. As same as heaving a lady in the heels walking in the room above your head. ||OK hotel for team activity, would not go there with my family (believe there are many other, small, family run places in the area that will give you...

I like it here. its been the 3rd or 4th time I have been here. ||||I must say .. it has great potential which isn't is use..||||Staff is very attentive and professional and check in just takes a few minutes.||||My room as always was clean.. the bed could be a little bit comfier... The bathroom had a bathtub shower combo which I don't really like but ok... ||||Breakfast I found poor, I think they could do way better.The selection is just very limited.||But also staff here is very attentive.||||As I held a seminar, their 2 rooms were spacious and well equipped.
