Mountain hotel Eva — Hotel in Svätý Jur

This facility is definitely not a hotel! Maybe a lodge or a guest house but not a hotel! They don't offer any services. TV didn't work at all. I don't understand what for they have it there if it's not working. Internet connection was really poor. Even the electricity went out. We were supposed to have breakfast, but they told us there was not enough guests in the hotel to make breakfast which was just an excuse. The hotel was full. Bathrooms need desperately reconstruction. Tiles were falling apart, even the shower was falling apart. Rooms were nice, but that's all. There is a guest house in the downtown, completely reconstructed and very nice for the same price, breakfast included and very tasty! I would never ever go here again...

We booked this hotel through an agency (dovolenky.sk) which is more to blame than the hotel itself. The agency was very unprofessional and didn't even inform the hotel that we are coming there for the purpose of teambuilding. Therefore we only learned on the spot that the meeting room is only available till 10 p.m. and we can't bring our own food and beverages there. We then decided to spend time by the fireplace instead, only to learn you have to pay an extra 33 euro for using it, and 50 euro if you also wanted to have wood included. Small mountain hotel with pleasure stuff. We stay there one night. Room was ok, clean, but furniture is old, except beds. Balkon was old and small. Hotel needs innovation, but now he had a soul and it was sweet. Host was helpful to find old castle and other things. Internet had weak signal, but we were in mountains.
