HOTEL ROHÁČ — Hotel in Trstená

Went in to the restaurant today for lunch three people. Restaurant wasn’t so busy, seated ourselves and the waitress brought the menus over and placed them on the table, without so much as a greeting, let alone a smile......||After 10 minutes she returned to take our order, again no discernible facial expression...waited 10-15 minutes for drinks to arrive, beer was short in the glass. 15 or so minutes after that, food order arrives minus 1 meal, as there was only 3 of us, i feel sure she should have realized one meal was missing. Not so much as an apology, or an offer of explanation. 2 of us ended up sharing 1 meal and we didn’t see the waitress again. That being said, the food was pretty decent, just the service and attitude of the waitress was very disappointing.. ||||I don’t think we will be visiting again...

Notorious for its excellent location, Hotel Roháč screams for attention. It is well known by everyone living directly in Trstená or even by citizens of surrounding areas. They have a big choice of pizzas and drinks. You can also have a sweet pizza cake. I loved the tea made from fresh Mint leaves and ginger and honey, so good. The staff is very friendly and fast, so you don´t have to wait long time for your order even though the Pizzeria is full and all the tabels occupied.
