Penzión ÚSTIE — Hotel in Trstená

Extremely disappointing and rude service – avoid, especially if you’re a cyclist. We arrived around 20:00 with a confirmed reservation made via Booking.com. After a long day of cycling, we were looking forward to resting — but the staff flat-out refused to let us bring our clean, expensive road bikes into the room. Instead, they pointed us to a remote garage in the forest. When we politely asked again if there was any way to keep the bikes in the room, the staff member simply said “goodbye” and walked off, leaving us stranded with no place to stay. Penzion is situated in very calm area, far away from any noisy places. We had family room which was very spacious, beds were comfortable. Maybe the place has it's age, but it has it's own climate which I personally like more than all those hotels all with the same style. In the room everything worked well, bathroom was also spacious and clean. They have nice restaurant with very tasty beer and very good pricing. It is also close to the Lake and the Dam. Tak na tento pobyt budem dlho spomínať. Boli sme na Orave týždeň, cenovo super, izba Standard, nič nám nechýbalo . Po 10h ceste autom, keď sme prišli, bola som sklamaná trošku z majiteľky, kt. Po príchode nám hneď povedala, že sa tam budeme nudiť , že keď budeme chcieť môžme odísť skorej...atď(pre mňa je Slovensko vzácne , pretože žijeme v zahraničí a určite by som sa nenudila) čakala by som trošku lepší prístup ako od podnikateľky..Na druhú str. nebol problém si objednať nápoje, Raňajky za mňa super, Majitelia takisto milí. Najväčšia výhoda bola, že sme tam mohli prísť zo psíkom, je tam krásny výhľad, Oravská priehrada 200m. Je to fakt, že na samote u lesa a presne taký Pobyt sme potrebovali. Videli sme všetko na Orave, čo sme chceli vidieť. Cesta na Penzión je zaujímavá(slovenské cesty😃) však to poznáte. Chcelo by to tam trošku zmodernizovať, pretože si myslím, že by mali aj viacej záujemcov 🫠 Na Oravu určite ešte prídeme a prajem veľa spokojných...
