Penzión Kaštieľ — Hotel in Veľký Krtíš

Bella struttura anche se in posiziona molto desolante...nelle vicinanze non c'è nulla! Staff apparentemente molto cordiale. Ho pernottato qui 3 notti con il mio cane. Stanza confortevole, moquette datata e macchiata, bagno luminoso e spazioso (offrono solo sapone solido, niente shampoo). Colazione assolutamente sotto la media europea così come le cene proposte, anche se i prezzi non erano proprio economici. Mi hanno fatto pagare un supplemento di 10 euro per notte per il cane: mai pulito il pavimento, mai svuotati i cestini dei rifiuti, mai puliti i servizi (sopratutto il box doccia!), nessun servizio per il cane. Ho chiesto informazioni ma non mi hanno saputo spiegare il perché! Per 3 notti + cane 159 euro non proprio nella media degli alberghi europei! Non so se ci ritornerei una seconda volta! ||Krásna stavba v mieste, aj keď veľmi bezútešný ... V blízkosti nie je nič! Personál zrejme veľmi priateľský. Bol som tu pred 3 noci s mojím psom. pohodlná, kobercom izby dátumom a zafarbia, svetlé a priestranné kúpeľne (ponuka len pevné mydlo, šampón nie). Raňajky absolútne pod európskym priemerom, rovnako ako večera návrhy, a to aj v prípade, že ceny neboli lacné. Oni mi účtovaný príplatok 10 eur za noc za psa, nikdy vyčistiť podlahu, nikdy vyprázdnil odpadkové koše, nikdy čistiť zariadenie (najmä sprche!), Žiadne služby pre psa. Pýtal som sa, ale neboli schopní vysvetliť, prečo sa mnou! Na 3 noci + 159 € psie hotely zrovna priemernej európskej! I have slept there after some years. The renovation is needed. In bathroom the things are falling down from the walls, some furniture has scratches. Anyway, the place itself is lovely with the nice view, the staff is friendly but decent, the kitchen is good and the shorter is their wine list the better selection is there, using the wine offer coming from their neighborhood. Prices are OK. Swimming pool (open) looks like fro old good days. We should not get too much points to protect this place...
