I live in Dallas, TX and I’ve travelled all over the world, mostly for business staying in 5 star hotels in Beijing, London, Paris, Helsinki, New York, and more. I have never experienced anything like the customer service I experienced at the Penzion u Babicky.||||It went beyond customer service – I felt like I was a guest in their home. The hotel has a chalet feel to it. During the currently hot wave they did not turn on the air conditioner (that are in all the rooms), we had to open the window and we were eaten by all the mosquitos. Couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours.. if I had camped outside I would have slept more. I went to the reception around 8pm to ask how to turn on the conditioner, there was no one and the reception was closed, what happen if something happens or if we need something? Plus, they didn’t provide...
