Hotel Plauter Kuria — Hotel in Veľký Meder

So sorry about writing this negative review, perhaps it is first time hotel gets "terrible" from me & ny family. Don't want to get into details; main point here is an attitude of the hotel owners: it is rare to see such inhospitality. It is like no one cares about you at all. ||||Probably it is because it is not a classic hotel, but rather a farm, made from old "rural castle" inherited by owners. And, the main area of owners' interests is horses and other pets, big and small, living on this farm. If you were at a farm, you can recognise, that taking care about home animals requires a big deal of time and efforts. ||Hence, owners don't have any interest in human guests, apart of money they bring. Horses just much more interesting...

We visited this hotel first time and will not return never more.||Too far from the Spa Meder by walk, comparing other possibilities.||I don’t understand absolutely the architect who designed the hotel.....fish not fresh.||Breakfast on average level but bread NOT FRESH. Hungarian sausages would be excellent bud ||Everything inside illogical - extremely large bathroom too small room, a lot furniture everywhere and not space for people with luggage. ||||A diner we had in a restaurant with a lot of space but in total only 3 families inside. Beer warm, unfortunately were COLD.||The receptionist was also waitress, so nobody in reception during her job...

We found ourselves at the hotel for one day. It has nice country surroundings and the big representative rooms look great. This can not be told about other interior or the bed in apartment 10, which was really hard. There was almost no water in the shower. Nontheless, the personel was nice and forthcoming.||I found it a shame that if some rennovation would be done of the interiors and enough water supply and maybe the personell more formally dressed it would be really nice. But we certainly wont...
