Pension Valaška — Hotel in Vysoké Tatry

We stayed here for 3 nights in summer time. I booked this hotel because it was written that it is renovated, most of the rooms has balconies. Well,||LOCATION: nice panorama to the mountains from most of the rooms. 20 mins talk to the main road, if you are willing to hike. You can have picknic outside, because there are wooden tables and equipment outside.||HOTEL: half part of hotel is renovated, another part not. But when you book, you do not know what you get and actually you are paying as for renovated.||ROOMS: we payed as for all rooms, but got not renovated (as receptionist said: if you want to get other type, you need to contact in advance). So our room was quite old, small and without balcony only with small window. *this hotel has only few rooms with balconies, so if it is actual for you, check in advance.||SUMMARY: price is quite high comparing with other hotels, but if you get a good...

In Penzion Valaska we have organized our small wedding with the closest family. Rooms were clean, nice, equipped good enough that we were not missing anything. Oreall, Penzion Valska was cozy (homy) with family atmosphere. It exactly reflects the environment in which it is situated, what is something I personally appreciate very much. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - all the meals were great and tasty, nothing to add to this. I have to give big credit and thumbs up to personnel as during our whole stay they were always nice, kind and willing to help with each single reuquirement that we had for our special event. This penzion is amazing we stayed here for a week in June and it was hot. Rooms were modern, very clean, spacious. Kids loved play area and we loved the view of High Tatras. Train is very close. Radoslav was very helpful he spoke few languages, he told us where is best to go with kids, he made our holiday the best experience. He made sure that we had everything what we needed.All the staff were super helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. This penzion is very central, close to restaurants,bars,tatrabob,tricklandia,strbske pleso,cave,etc... We also met owners and they were very friendly and family orientated.
