Frankovič Bed&Breakfast — Hotel in Črnomelj

Five years later and we finally had the opportunity to return to this part of the country. Again, the host was amazing. When we arrived late in the evening, she greeted us with fresh pastries and a carafe of local homemade wine. This is a three bedroom setup, each room having it’s own bathroom, with a shared kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need if you want to stay in and cook. The entire place is immaculately clean. There is free, fast wifi, and cable TV. Every morning we had a huge spread for breakfast with eggs, meats, potato salad, pastries, yogurt, fruit, fresh bread with pâté, Nutella and jams, coffee, tea, and juice. 😊: We had a wonderful stay at Frankovic B&B. The room was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The breakfast each morning was delicious, showcasing fresh and local donuts, bread, fruits, eggs, great coffee and tea that really set the day off right. Four of us stayed three nights in two of the rooms. It is actually located in Hrast near Vinica. The proprietor was extremely helpful. She had a wonderful breakfast prepared each morning. Her daughter spoke english and was available to help translate if needed and also fixed the internet connection when there was a problem. The property was also the town general store. The big selling point for this location is the value. We paid 21 euro per person per night and that included breakfast. This is also a great jumping off point to see all that the Bela Krajina...
