This is not the first time we came to Mond Casino, but the first stay at the Hotel.||The Hotel is the best decision for gamblers. Very comfortable, the staff is helpful, winsome. Rooms look great, are very comfortable. The hotel does the check in for you so you don't have to. We're definitely gonna go back and stay there everytime we visit the casino.||||But the food down at the casino's restaurant isn't the best. Could be, should be much better ! Staff at the casino bar should be much more helpful.||Nobody at the entrance knew how to get back to the hotel, so they called a driver with a van to bring me back to the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and every visit has been an excellent experience. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff is always professional and welcoming. I used this hotel as halfway stop-over while I was going from Milan to Budapest. The structure is new. The room was clean, extremely large and comfortable. I had dinner in the restaurant with the "à la carte" menu. The food quality was very high, the location was elegant and the prices low. All the employees speak English and German fluently.
