Lovely location in the mountains of Slovenia. Old structure but clean and essential. Pools very crowded at any time but worth it. Receptionist man in the morning arrogant and kind at the minum.

Receptionist in the afternoon/evening polite, kind, professional always willing to reply to any questions ( all the employees should learn from him! ).

Restaurant with extremely poor service without tablel cloth on the tables, buffet service with very good food every day! No water for free is a damage.

Free parking, very quiet.

It is a place for families. Most of the Guests are older people with health needs and maybe it is not recommended for a romantic break.

We suggest to the Management to take care about the Staff Training: to be smiling with the Guests is the primary goal in every Welcoming Business

De kamer was netjes en schoon, maar de rest van het verblijf was ronduit onaangenaam. Hotel Vesna blijkt geen gewoon hotel, maar een gedeelde faciliteit met een ziekenhuis. Je loopt letterlijk langs behandelkamers met zieke en zwakke bejaarden. De sfeer is klinisch en deprimerend. Personeel is onvriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd. De sauna’s waren op zich goed heet, maar ook daar hing een onprettige sfeer.

Ik had online een massage geboekt, maar bij aankomst bleek die alleen om 7 uur ’s ochtends mogelijk – er was online geen optie om een tijd te kiezen. Na veel gedoe en wachten kreeg ik mijn geld uiteindelijk contant terug.

Het restaurant? Een zoutloos buffet dat rechtstreeks uit een bejaardentehuis lijkt te komen. Inclusief bejaarde gasten. Absoluut geen plek voor ontspanning of...
