Nicely done boutique hotel. Clean, modern rooms. Breakfast was good. Odd check-in..they just sent us a door code and we didn't see anyone associated with the hotel until breakfast the next day. It was more like a rental unit rather than a boutique hotel. We were disappointed in the fact that it was supposed to be connected with the winery, but just seemed like a small hotel in a random town instead of having anything to do with the winery (other than a bottle of their wine in our room). The room was very nice with a large comfortable bed with very nice bedding. the whole room was very clean. There was a free complimentary bottle of wine and others to choose if we wanted to swap it for a different variety. Read moreNa žalost morava svojo izkušnjo oceniti zelo negativno, čeprav je sama nastanitev lepo urejena. Razlog najinega razočaranjaje bil odnos gospe, za katero domnevava, da je lastnica.
Ko sva vstopila v jedilnico, kjer smo bili skupaj trije pari, je vladalo vzdušje, kot bi vstopila v vojaško menzo. Gospa je vzpostavila skoraj komandantski ton – kot da nismo dovolj olikani, da bi se znali vesti pri samopostrežnem zajtrku. Namesto prijaznega sprejema sva občutila hlad, zdolgočasenost in nejevoljo.
Najbolj pa naju je razočaral trenutek, ko sva želela kupiti nekaj steklenic vina. Gospa ni želela vstati in nama jih ponuditi, temveč je rekla: "ja vzamita iz police, menda se ne bom jaz vstajala!". Tudi steklenico vina, ki jo dobi gost kot darilo, naj bi pustila v sobi in jo vzela iz regala, da ji ne bi bilo potrebno nalagati nove steklenice v sobo. Tak odnos do gosta je preprosto nevreden in nesprejemljiv.
Potujeva veliko – od osnovnih sob do luksuznih hotelov – in nikjer ne pričakujeva posebnega razvajanja. Pričakujeva pa osnovno spoštovanje in občutek dobrodošlosti, ki je temelj vsake gostinske storitve.
Imela sva rezervirano sobo še za avgust, ki sva jo zaradi takšnega odnosa seveda odpovedala. V okolici je veliko lepih nastanitev, s podobno ceno, kjer je odnos do gosta takšen, kot mora biti – prijazen, spoštljiv in profesionalen.
Na dolgi rok vas žal ne bodo reševale niti najlepše sobe, če bo odnos do gostov ostal takšen. Žal nama je, da morava to zapisati, vendar verjameva, da si gostje zaslužijo iskreno povratno...
