Farmhouse Soklic — Hotel in Bohinj

We spent several days at Farmhouse Soklic and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. It is a lovely family run accommodation located in a rather beautiful area, just a few minutes away from the ski tracks/shops. You will be driving through some of Slovenia’s most wonderful sceneries to get there. The hostess, Maria, was absolutely amazing! She welcomed us with a big smile and took great care of us. She has an excellent attention to detail. Our apartment was really nice and bright. It was beautiful, fully equipped, very spacious, really comfortable, and everything was incredibly clean. It felt like home. Furthermore, the view was stunning. Among other things, they provide a large selection of teas and coffees, high speed wifi, a large TV, a microwave, a dishwasher, numerous utensils, and even nice toys for the children. If you are planning to visit Bohinj and are lucky enough to be able to find availability at Farmhouse Soklic, you will definitely love it. We would certainly recommend them. It was one of the best parts of our first family trip...

The place is very close to some picturistic scenery. It is very cozy, very comfortable, with wifi, clean room, and complete kitchen utensils and equipment. The tv has chanels from all European nations, more options for late night movie marathon too.

Maria is very kind and accommodating, we arrived 2 hours early but they already welcomed us to our room. The cows are very cute, there's a lovely dog too and a very beautiful view at the balcony side (we rented the 1 bedroom apartment on the upper floor). They also give us fresh milk from the cows outside every morning. Not to mention the big toilet room which I love the most 🤣. There's a nereby pizzeria too that serves delicious meal 🥰. The bus stop is just outside so it's perfect for commuters.

We spent here 3 nights with my wife in the "one bedroom apartment" unit in the attic.

The place is clean and well-furnished, with an especially well-equipped kitchen. The wifi works well, and the toilet is huge, clean and modern. The TV has channels from all european nations from BBC to Bosnian news, but unfortunately the remotes don't work that well.

Unlimited instant coffee, tea filters and towels are available, and the very kind owner will bring you delicious fresh milk in the morning.

The room is spacious, has large and well-insulated windows, a nice balcony, with beatiful view to the neighbouring mountains.

The Polje bus station and a pizzeria is steps away.

We would gladly recommend Farmhouse Soklic for couples or families as well, and might well return...
