We had a truly unforgettable stay at the villa hosted by Jurre and Ursula in the beautiful Slovenian mountains. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness — we instantly felt at home.

The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a short stop on our way to Croatia. The surrounding nature and views were absolutely breathtaking, but what truly made this place special was the family who welcomed us so genuinely — and their wonderful children.

Jurre and Ursula prepared an incredible home-cooked dinner for us. Jurre introduced us to a traditional Slovenian apricot brandy (rakija) and homemade liqueur, and we also had the chance to try delicious local Slovenian wine — highly recommended to everyone!

But the absolute highlight was the food Ursula prepared — especially the desserts. Her cooking is out of this world — warm, homemade, and bursting with flavor. Few people cook with such heart and skill. Every bite was a delight.

Our kids had a fantastic time playing with the hosts’ children and running away from the local troublemaker — the cheeky rooster!🐔😂

We loved everything about our stay. It’s rare nowadays to find a place that truly feels like home, but this was one of those rare gems.

We stayed at this hidden gem in the countryside and were thoroughly impressed. The property is nestled in a beautiful, serene location surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from city life. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the room was broad, modern, with new amenities, having everything one needs.
