Gostišče in penzion stari Vrh Gregor Štefe s.p. — Hotel in Gorenja vas-Poljane

This BnB was a very special stay for us! We came in the off season (November) and we had been driving all day from Warsaw so we arrived very late (around 10pm). My boyfriend was so hungry as we skipped dinner, that he asked if they were still serving food. They obviously weren't but they said that it wouldn't be a problem and they made him a big and delicious meal. That was the first thing that they did that was above and beyond service. After a really comfortable nights sleep (the bedrooms are nicer than other reviews have said), we came downstairs to an amazing spread for breakfast. Again, this level of service was just outstanding and with the fire roaring, surrounded by mountain views and their children playing with our dog, this hotel felt very intimate which I loved. After taking our dog for a walk through the beautiful forest surrounding the property, it was, unfortunately, time to leave. First: the image of the hotel here is not correct. It doesn't look anything like this! It should be changed. The hotel is on the topmost ski lift station. I think there are just 4 or 6 rooms? ||||If you are looking for a modern hotel with USB plug points in all corners, you will be disappointed. This is simple.
