Hotel Roškar — Hotel in Hajdina

We stayed at the hotel on October 24, 2021, and were supposed to stay for three days, but due to hotel conditions we were forced to leave the hotel the very next morning and go to another. Reasons for leaving the hotel: There is no isolation between the rooms, so you can hear the TV from the next one very clearly. If you want to go to bed earlier like we, for example, because we came from a long trip, it is impossible due to the noise of the TV from the next room until almost midnight. I informed the reception to do something or give us another room but I got the answer that I can't do anything do about it. When we got to the room I noticed that the door was just right and didn't fit the best when it was locked (digital card). In the morning when I woke up I found the door of our room wide open, it was a big stress for me and I immediately checked that Is everything in the room because we had very valuable and important things with us. The internet was losing connection in the room (2nd floor) and I had to reconnect all the time. I took a shower when my wife went to take a shower, there was no hot water, which they explained some problem with something tomorrow morning. All the pictures on the hotel room show sofas in the rooms and doors from the terrace and I booked a room and a room that costs more according to the information I got over the phone because it is new, we got a room that has two small windows as in the basement and without any sofa or chair in the room, when I asked about this problem and that I did not get the room as I saw in the pictures, I received information that such rooms are not available and can not be replaced. When I asked that it seemed to me that the hotel seemed to be further from the center as it says on the hotel page (3 km) I received the information that it is 5 km from the center of Ptuj. The next morning I asked if maybe the hotel owner was there, I got the information that he was not, so I complained to the person who was there at the reception (Son of the hotel owner) and that we had to change the hotel. Booked a room with king size bed, got a seperate one. That was fine, but what was really annoying is was that they told us the check out time was at 11am, at 9:58 the room keeper barged in through LOCKED door and started changing towels while we were still in there without asking anything. She clearly saw we were uncomfortable but came back two more times. The floors were also pretty dirty, maybe she could sweep...

Entire hotel and rooms tidy and clean, personnel very courteous and hospitable. Great parking lot in the front, and easy access next to the street. The room smells on new furniture, bed is exellent, room has TV, internet, nice bathroom....everything is new....
