Our brief visit was very pleasant. The room was spatious, with a comfortable bed and everything perfectly clean. Soundproofing is quite good, not much can be heard from other rooms and virtually nothing from outside. Perfect for getting a good night's sleep.|As we were staying for only one night, we only had a chance to enjoy one dinner and breakfast. For dinner, there's plenty to choose from. There's a more affordable daily menu, a la carte menu and they point out a couple of seasonal items. We decided on two seasonal dishes - the selling point being local mushrooms. Both were really good (I had ramsteak in mushroom sauce, with grilled vegetables on the side and "štrukli)", and the portions are quite big. I would also recommend house craft beer.|There was some kind of a celebration in the other part of the restaurant, so that was a bit loud but the good point is that none of that could be heard in the rooms upstairs.|Breakfast is really nice as well, I liked how they offered only quality meats. There's also plenty of veggies, spreads, cheese, cereal, fruits and you are offered eggs that they will frieshly make on your request.|The staff is accomodating and really nice.|Kozje as a place is quiet, you can have walks in the surrounding hills or just rest on the terrace by the hotel's pond. The front desk manager gave us a great welcome and first impression, going out of his way to help us bring food up to our room.||Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is located in a lovely little village, surrounded by nature and a small lake, which made the whole stay feel peaceful and relaxing. The atmosphere was very cozy. The rooms were nice and clean, nothing fancy but perfectly fine for a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early.
