If there would be 0 stars, that would be to high. Dirty, smelly, bedbugs marks, disgusting kitchen, the bathroom to dirty to step in to, the showers unusable. The owner took the money before we saw the rooms (if you can call that rooms) - of course no receipt. He took the money and disapeared, when we called back and told him that the conditions are unacceptable and that we wanted the money back and leave, he told us things like they checked 80 % of the rooms, if our bed is dirty (it is supposed to be for 17 people and we were 10), that we should just change the beds for clean one, unbelivable. We were a group of 4 adults and 6 children, the children were crying that they can’t sleep there. Of course he didn’t show up there (at first he said he would), after waiting for half an hour when we called him again he told us that he is sleeping. We ended up searchin for another rooms at 23.30 in the evening, without our money. I have never seen something like that, the facility schould be closed, I’m calling all the possible...

This is a place for a group of 17 young adults who are on a budget and don't care about where they sleep or what they breathe in. The house is a mess, if I went there with my friends and only slept there I might have been okay with it. Even though it's lacking, at best. If you are coming definitely bring your own cutlery, towels and bedding. The house itself would be fine if cleaner. However, the owner is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met and the most unpleasant host without a doubt. I was visiting with two small children and this man told us that the gas is too expensive and he won't turn the heating on more than absolutely necessary (18°C). He told us to use electric heaters and when we tried to, we lost power to the house, twice. I have stayed in very inexpensive apartments before and I have no problem with a bad toilet or even older beds, as long as it's clean and ready to use, this...

Die Zimmer und Räume der Unterkunft sind in ekeleregendem Zustand. Von außen macht die Anlage einen gemütlichen und idyllischen Eindruck, doch allein schon der Empfang ist unfreundlich und alles andere als gastfreundlich. Nachdem wir gut eine Stunde auf den Gastwirt gewartet haben, wurden wir zunächst gar nicht begrüßt und dann nahezu wortlos einem Apartment zugewiesen. Schon vor der Tür schlug uns ein ekelhaft muffiger Gestank entgegen, erst nach reichlicher Lüftung ließ es sich in einem der Räume aushalten. Die Toilette war schmierig, die Böden, das Geschirr und überhaupt nahezu jeder Winkel waren dreckig und mit Spinnweben verhangen. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten waren reichlich unbequem (billige ausklappbare Sofas mit z.T. schräger Liegefläche und nervigem Quietschen inklusive) und wenig einladend. Bettbezüge und Laken schienen gewaschen (dezenter geruch von Weichspüler, neben dem ebenso muffigen Geruch) waren allerdings an einigen Stellen fleckig und ebenso wie die Decken und Kissen wohl schon einige Jahrzehnte alt. Alles in allem ausgesprochen enttäuschend und nahezu unzumutbar. Noch dazu der unfreundliche Gastwirt, welcher zunächst doppelt abkassieren wollte, auf Nachfrage zur Funktion des Herdes keine Anstalten machte sich dem Problem anzunehmen und stattdessen überheblich abwinkte. Diese Unterkunft ist das schlechteste was ich bisher erlebt habe. Nicht einmal 5 € dürfte man hierfür verlangen. Es ist eine Frechheit so etwas anzubieten und entzieht sich meinem Verständnis!! Sehr traurig, da die Lage und das Objekt an sich, zunächst einen sehr idyllischen Eindruck machen und mit ein wenig Einsatz ein sehr schöner Ort zum verweilen...
