We had a great time at this campsite! The atmosphere was really enjoyable and relaxed, with a nice layout and friendly people all around. The facilities were basic-plus, which worked perfectly for us—like the outdoor showers (fully private) and shared sanitary areas without separation between men and women, which was no issue at all. Everything was kept very clean. There’s a large communal kitchen equipped with plates, cutlery, pots, and pans, which made cooking easy. Fresh bread and local products were available, though a bit pricey. We also appreciated the multiple fire pits scattered around the site. The camping spots were lovely—some nestled in the forest, others with beautiful views of the hills. It’s located near a river and close to a town that has everything you need, plus the surrounding nature is stunning. We really enjoyed our stay here. There were lots of kids around, which added to the lively vibe. One small suggestion: a slightly larger playground would be great, especially for the older children.

Prezzi super onesti. Sicuramente un campeggio in cui ritorneremo. Complimenti ai ragazzi del Forest Camping 🏕️!

🌲 Forest Camping Mozirje – a hidden gem in nature! We absolutely loved our stay here! The hut was super cozy and beautifully designed, and the shared kitchen? Just wow. Fully equipped, spacious, and honestly one of the best places I’ve ever cooked in while camping. It made me want to cook every meal! Every morning we woke up to the smell of freshly baked bread, which is just magical when you’re in the woods. If you’re missing anything, they’ve got you covered – fridges stocked with quality local products, including a perfectly aged filet mignon I couldn’t resist. And let’s not forget the toilets and showers – they genuinely felt like something out of a five-star hotel. Clean, modern, and really well thought-out. Everything here is done with love and attention to detail. ❤️ Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves comfort in nature – we’ll definitely be back! 😎

Wow, what a nice camping! We stayed on the campsite for about a week. We regret that we stayed on another camping beforehand because the Forest camping was so nice. We stayed here in June. The camping wasn't very busy. Originally we booked a stay in the forest area. Upon arrival we were given the choice for the forest area or the valley with mountain view. During the walk around we immediately changed our choice to the mountain view. Since it wasn't during high season we didn't even had next door neigbours.

The ECO showers were the best. I dind't even use the regular showers. All the utilities were very clean. They were also cleaned multiple times a day. The toilets, showers and washing area were brand new. The tapwater was drinkable.

On the camping you have a shared kitchen area with all the basics included like oils, herbs, pots and pans, etc. We didn't use this because we brought our own. The camping also has multiple places to build a fire. You can use wood that was prepared for this purpose for free. A few fireplaces were even covert so you can still build a fire when it's raining and stay dry.

The camping had some horses and ducks with were nice to look at.

The river is accessible to swim but for children maybe to much current. It was cold but refreshing.

The reception was always friendly and helpfull. They helped me as much as they could when i had questions.

Thank you for the great vacation! If we ever come back to Slovenia it will be on your camping!

Much...
