Dogovor o rezervaciji sobe preko telefonskega pogovora v tem penzionu očitno ni rezervacija. Telefonski pogovor je bil več kot 5 minutni, z gospo sva ob koncu potrdili rezervacijo, zapisala naj bi ime in datum v njihovo beležko. Ko sva s partnerjem prišla v penzion na dogovorjen termin, sobe za naju ni bilo, gospa pa me je hotela prepričati, da rezervacije ni bilo. Nakar ji pokažem datum in dolžino telefonskega pogovora, ona še zmeraj trdi, da rezervacije ni bilo. Rahlo zbegana pove, da ima veliko gnečo, ker je receptorka in natakarica neki zaključeni družbi hkrati. Ko ugotovi, da pa ima eno sobo vendarle prosto, želi da ji pokaževa potrdila PCT, kljub temu, da takrat še hotelirji za to niso bili pristojni.
