English: Service was awful, waiter was unfriendly. When we caled for a reservation, they did not told us that they will only serve holiday food offer, so we had to eat what they were offering and not what we wanted from their menu. If we knew that before, we would definetely go somewhere else. They bring us an appetizer and welcome drink the moment we sat down and at the end charged us for it. We were four people at a table, one of us ordered soup and got it the same time other three people got their main course and then ate his main course when other three were already finished eating. When we politely asked a waiter to take away an empty plate, he said that he will take it later and walked away with his hands empty, but didn’t come back for 20 minuter, so we had to take a plate by our selfes. We were waiting 1,5 hour for food. At the end, they did not even asked us if it was ok or offered us some coffe or a desert. The price was way to high, really do not recomend this restaurant and I definetely won’t go there ever again.Slovensko: postrezba je bila zelo slaba, osebje neprijazno. Ob klicu za rezervacijo niso povedali, da bodo stregli le praznicni meni (velika noc), to smo izvedeli sele ob prihodu v restavracijo, tako smo lahko izbirali med jedmi, katere nam niso bile najbol vsec. Sanja se mi ne, kaj od tistega na praznicnem menuju bi jedli otroci. Ob prihodu v restavracijo so nas postregli s pijaco za dobrodoslico ter hladno predjedjo (nic od tega nismo narocili), na koncu pa vse to zaracunali. Bili smo v stirih, eden od nas je narocil juho in jo dobil istocasno kot ostali trije glavno jed, ta isti je seveda kasneje glavno jed dobil, ko so vsi ostali ze pojedli. Natakarja smo vljudno prosili, ce lahko odnese prazen kroznik od juhe in rekel, da ga bo odnesel kasneje ter praznih rok odsel od mize. Kroznik smo kasneje sami odnesli do sanka zaradi prepolne mize, natakarja pa 20 minut ni bilo nazaj. Na hrano smo cakali skoraj uro in pol. Na koncu smo sedeli se pol ure pri mizi ob praznih krozniki, saj ni prisel noben natakar, ki bi jih lahko odnesel. Ko je le prisel, je le te odnesel in ni vprasal niti ce je bilo v redu, kaj sele da bi ponudil kaksno sladico ali kavo. Racun je bil zelo visok, sploh z vsteto pijaco za dobrodoslico in nenaroceno hladno predjedjo. Definitivno ne priporocam obiska, zase vem, da se tja...

We stayed here twice on our trip to Slovenia. We wanted to fly our paragliders from the popular Lijak site and one of the shuttles services even offered to pick us up from this family owned country inn.||It is located only a few kilometers from the landing zone and has a handful of recently renovated rooms with a contemporary feel. All rooms have A/C and a small fridge. A hearty breakfast is included and on sunny days you can eat on the front terrace or in the shady beer garden under old chestnut trees.||The young owner spoke fluently English which made communication very easy for us. This Guesthouse is situated just outside Nova Gorica, and is Easy to find. The owner was friendly, spoke english and some german, payment was cash.||The room was Good, Clean, Comfortable, with a good bathroom. ||The Wifi a bit light, but my phone+data works fine in Slovenia.||The restaurant-part was closed because of Covid, possibly closed for good, as the owner seemed quite happy to run “just the guesthouse and breakfast”. Nova Gorica is quite near though.||Sleep was Excellent, the area is still a bit mountainous, and the air is nice and crips.||Breakfast was Excellent, and even better because I could sit outside in the sun and the clear morning air.||Good food and Good Coffee.||All in all a recommended place for a good...
