Kmetija Pečnik (Farmstay) — Hotel in Prevalje

My wife and I recently had a short but sweet weekend stay here and we are already planning our next visit. It’s a proper farm stay with goats, chickens, cows, and Otto the good boy, but also super cozy beds, hot showers, and sprawling mountain views to boot. Add in some of the best goat cheese you’ll ever have in your life and you’ll see why this place has 5 stars. And, while we didn’t catch Elizabetta’s famous cooking, Nac didn’t slack at all with slow-cooked goat and potatoes paired with a traditional Slovenian salad.

Our family spent a few days at Pečnik and we were blown away by the hospitality and fantastic location. The mountain view is just spectacular and even though it feels you're far away from everything, you can be anywhere in a few minutes. We particularly loved the skiing nearby (Petzen) as well as hiking and biking options. We are definitely coming back as soon...
