Gostišče Jutriša — Hotel in Rogatec

I was part of the troop that descended on Rogatec to return our grandmother to her childhood home after her passing. Gostisce Jutrisa was the perfect place for our send off. It is run by a single family, fronted by the wonderful Martina, who are some of the most generous and gracious people you'll ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble, they were constantly attentive and always always smiling!! Martinas mother and father do all the fabulous cooking, breakfast through dinner, including home made charcuterie and home grown vegetables and fruits. They even put on a spit roast for us for our last night. Amazing people who truly made our experience everything we'd hoped for.||The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable with a very nice new addition with smart looking new modern ensuite rooms. Has good access to town and local sites plus, just beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and fields.||I can't recommend this...

Room was very welcoming with wood material and anything you need, including a wall hanger for cloths, big closet, TV, desk, silent fridge. Toilet made of granite and wood with a nice shower. The room looking to the geese farm is very quiet and with a nice view and sun in the morning. The ladies running the guest house are very friendly, giving very useful recommendations to move around, and serving customers with high quality, efficiently, offering a conversation and always a smile at the same time. Breakfast is delicious with local products served in a very nice eating room. Dinner is also available, home made, local, excellent, with some wines from the region around. It is served down in a pergola done by wine trees. Wifi is very good. Location is good to discover Rogatec, its castle, trekking around, going to Olimia thermal baths and crossing to Croatia...

We came to Rogatec for a family reunion after the passing of our beloved "Mama" who grew up here many years ago. Martina and her beautiful family were the most magnificent, generous and gracious hosts to our family who converged on Rogatec from Australia, England, Belgium, Germany and the uk. The food was phenomenal, the wine tasting was the best i have experienced, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Most of all, we were so happy to have Martina and her wonderful family take care of us, always with a smile and always with a laugh. Martina's mother, Mary was a wonderful cook ( best cheesy bread we cannot stop talking about it!!) who also found relatives in Rogatec for us before we arrived. It was truly special and we would highly recommend staying here in this beautiful part...
