Hotel Jakec — Hotel in Slovenska Bistrica

Because we stayed closeby we decided to have diner at Jakec. The prices were high for Slovenian standards, so although the atmosphere and lighting were far from cozy, the expectations rose when we saw the menu. This made the disappointment even bigger when my steak with mushrooms arrived. While I ordered medium, it came more than well-done, after having waited for almost an hour. For that reason I was lucky it was an under avarage sized piece of meat, because it would be a tough battle to finish it. The waiter asked if they should take it back and replace it, but having experienced the waiting time combined with the fact that my girlfriend already had her food, it was not really an option. While prices are far above average, the plate only contained the steak and a couple of dry baked mushrooms. Everything in the side should be ordered separately. Complaints were not taken seriously. Definitely the worst diner experience we had...

This hotel offers nice and comfortable accommodation for families and their pets, which is a great plus! It is a perfect gateway to explore beautiful nature of Pohorje by foot or bike. The hotel offers a nice activity of collecting stamps, which may help motivating the kids:) The building is located close to the road. Luckily this is not a busy road and you can barely hear anything in your room. The only minus are the curtains in the rooms- they are too small to cover the windows, meaning we were awake before 7 in the morning while the breakfast wasn’t...

Zelo...zelo...prijazno osebje,sploh na recepciji ga. Barbara. Odlična postrežba za šankom in v jedilnici natakaric Goge in Anke. Odlična hrana ( gobova juha z ajdovim žgancim,pohorski lonec,suha salama z zaseko...itd.) K tej odlični hrani prispeva še ga. Jožica sicer lastnica hotela z svojim štrudlom,ter njen mož g. Božo speče odlične kruha v krušni peči. Hotel poleg okusne hrane ima še več vrst aktivnosti kot so urejene kolesarske in pohodne poti,ter v hotelu imajo še poskrbljeno za dodatno aktivnost kot je bowling,namizni-teni,fitness...itd Za dodatni počitek imajo zelo urejene sobe( čiste in velike),poleg sobnega počitka imajo še urejen Sap-center ( savne in jacuzzi). V glavnem hotel je tudi primeren v zimskem času za smučanje...odlične 4.steze-proge ,ki za njih skrbi odlično g.Aleš. Hotel je priporočljiv za mnoge fešte kot so praznovanje rojstnih dnevov...porok...itd.

Priporočam vsakemu...tudi mlajšim družinam. Tudi CENE so odlične...za...
