😊: Nothing!. 😢: !! BE CAREFULL !! The hotel rooms are health hazard. The smell of mold is unbearable, also in the "restaurant". You can see it from outside already, the hotel is in terrible condition. The pictures on the booking.com must be very old, you can see the same building, but in totally different state. And again, it is not just how it looks like, it's MOLD!!!! Very dangerous!. Maybe he has some nice rooms, but this room was down on floor 0, room nr.4. Booking.com should send some health inspectors there, and not advertise this property on booking.com. We complained to Booking.com, and they cannot return the money if the owner doesn't say OK. This is also terrible customer service from booking.com. It's been 2 weeks since we complained to booking.com, but there is no solution, they are not replying to emails, and through the phone I spoke to them 8 times, they are nice, but nothing happens. 😢: Our host was rude. Even with the first words he started a conversation where he had no intention in listening to us, but we had to listen to him, "how tired he is, how hard the season was". As far as I am concerned, the buyer is always right and even if the host is not happy, he should never, under any circumstances be unpolite or in our case even harsh and rude with a paying customer! He was acting as if he was making a favour to us for letting us in his place. It was a place for which we paid and we didn't expect too much, but a normal communication would have been nice. The room they gave me is not for hot weather. I didn't notice it in the description that it didn't have air conditioning and the room was 30°c certainly maybe more. I opened the whole window but all I managed to do was let a huge mosquito in as right below there is a little river and somewhere there was a small waterfall and combined with the vehicles on the road next door it was very noisy. I left it and left while I have paid for it. I found another hotel with air conditioning to rest as I was coming from a long road trip in the heat and have to continue the next one. Not a hot...
