Hisa Lenart — Hotel in Tolmin

We have just left Hisa Lenart after a weeks stay.

Steven and his family are wonderful hosts. Arriving to a welcome pack of wine, juice, cheese, ham, freshly baked bread, homemade elderflower syrup and plum jam was perfect after a 9 hr drive. (we bought some extra jam to take home is was so delicious)

The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a family of 4. The panoramic view from the full height window is beautiful. Steven grows his own vegetables and we were able to pick and eat what we wanted.

The area itself has so much to offer. Perfect for hiking, wild swimming, kayaking, canyoning, etc. Steven recommended a swim spot and a beautiful hike we would never have found otherwise. He is clearly very knowledgable about the area. Steven is also a paragliding instructor/pilot and we took a trip with him and his colleagues to view the Soca Valley from way above. Unbelievable experience, especially for my daughter.

We have spent 1 week here. Stefaan is a great host, full of stories, tips and tricks plus he is funny and helpful. The appartment was well-equipped and clean. It was very hot when we were there and therefore the rooms were also warm. The view is scenic. There are many things to do around, hiking, SUP, kayaking, bathing in the icecold Soca river. You should definitely visit Tolmin Gorge, the castle and the church up the mountains. Also go to Kobarid, it offers a lot...

Unser Aufenthalt bei Steven und seiner Familie war unvergesslich schön! Es ist ein Ort des Friedens und der Ruhe. Genau das Richtige, wenn man raus möchte aus dem stressigen Alltag. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung, den schönen Gesprächen mit Steven, dem Beisammensein mit den Tieren, morgens an den großen Fenstern die Sonnenaufgänge genießen, abends den Sternenhimmel bewundern, war einfach alles perfekt und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben als 6 Nächte. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man braucht, die Geschäfte sind in 5 Minuten Fahrt zu erreichen. Im Garten wächst einiges an Obst und Gemüse, Salat und Kräuter, an dem man sich bedienen darf. Ein sehr schönes Konzept! Gegenüber vom Haus gibt es ein tolles Restaurant mit sehr leckerer Pizza! Die Gegend hat viel zu bieten für Groß und Klein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können allen diese schöne Unterkunft...
