Luksuzna zidanica Matej — Hotel in Trebnje

This cottage is amazing in every way! My husband and I stayed 2 nights as part of our anniversary trip to Slovenia. It was SO romantic. We arrived to flower petals arranged throughout the property and a bottle of sparkling wine with two glasses on the table. Such a thoughtful touch! We paid for unlimited use of the hot tub and felt it was worth every penny. We also felt the home was a great value with the comfy and clean environment, gorgeous views, full kitchen, and fire pit & fire place. Matej was the BEST host. He arrived the next morning to greet us and really went above and beyond. He helped us with our food delivery order when our phones were not working to call out and also gave us great walking recommendations for the area. This summer we had the opportunity to spend about 10 days in this beautiful holiday home on the vineyard just outside Trebnje.

The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Even small details have been thought of. The house is suitable for couples with a maximum of one child. The owner Matej is very friendly and is happy to accommodate the wishes of his guests. The well-maintained outdoor area offers several seating areas and a barbecue corner. The small whirlpool invites you to relax.

The lovely surroundings of Trebnje invite you to spend your holiday there and even more distant destinations can be easily reached via the motorway.

Matej was a fantastic host during our recent stay in Trebnje, providing us with many recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, shops etc and also brought us some lovely home made wine and bread which was delicious. The vineyard cottage is stunning and took our breath away when we first entered! Easy to find, clean, well kept, comfy bed and the hot tub is perfect in the evening watching the stars.
