Pri Čebelici — Hotel in Upravna Enota Domžale

9/10 seems to me like a fake rating. I emphatically disagree.

Having reserved the room well in advance and having spoken with the reception desk several times on the phone, prior to our arrival, we were informed that the kitchen would be open until 20:00h Upon arrival at 18:30 and with my cell phone gone dead I ended up being suspected of lying by a highly passive-aggressive and rude waitress, who seemed to be eager to go home. Her phone call to our contact person yielded a room key and two ham & mushroom pizzas (one star for size and taste) from a explanation-less thumbnail menu presented on the cell phone screen of the waitress, served without a napkin.

I just wonder why such people get a job in the accommodation industry.

The room had mosquitoes from a previous visit, the bathroom had ran out of soap, however were not dirty (second star). At breakfast we were again seated at one table convenient for the person serving (like the night before), although the restaurant was completely empty.

Good service does not take a lot of money; all it takes is the right attitude. The only experience for patrons of this place is the self-serving attitude of the staff. I will not return to this place. Never mind the setting of this place and its convenient location on our return trip from friendly, service-minded and professionally managed...

Avevamo scelto la struttura per le buone recensioni, la posizione e la possibilità della mezza pensione. La prima brutta sorpresa è stata che il ristorante la sera era chiuso e non c'era comunicazione della chiusura, anzi sulla conferma di prenotazione era segnata la possibilità dei pasti. Al momento del check in la struttura era deserta ad eccezione di un ragazzo , molto gentile, che ci ha detto di essere l'addetto al bar rimasto lì solo per darci le chiavi della camera. Camera che non era stata rifatta e pulita, letto disfatto rifiuti di chi ci era stato prima di noi. Ci è stata data un'altra camera un po' polverosa ma rifatta, il problema si è presentato però quando siamo tornati dalla cena e abbiamo trovato una decina di scrafaggi nel bagno. A quel punto nella struttura non c'era più nessuno a cui rivolgersi e abbiamo dovuto aspettare la mattina dopo. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito la colazione ci ha detto che era un problema di cui erano a conoscenza. La ragazza in reception ci è venuta incontro cambiandoci la stanza e dandoci una notte gratuita ma quando anche nella seconda stanza abbiamo avuto lo stesso problema hanno messo in dubbio la nostra parola (nonostante avessimo mostrato loro le foto) dicendo che nessun altro li aveva trovati. Sinceramente non mi interrassa se altri li hanno visti o no, io li ho visti, in due camere diverse e l'ho segnalato perchè hanno decisamente un problema di infestazioni e pulizia, le camere sono polverose e con mobilio che sembra nuovo ma che va in pezzi (pomelli che si staccano, canaline dell'aria condizionata che si aprono), negli spazi comuni abbiamo trovato ripetutamente tazze e piattini sporchi lasciati sulle scale. Un soggiorno...
