Guest House Tenja — Hotel in Upravna enota Koper / Unità amministrativa Capodistria

We went to Slovenia only for 3 days and initially wanted to spend one night at Guest House Tenja, cause we were travelling by motorbike (from Poland) and wanted to see a lot of different places near the Slovenian coastline. But after our arrival, when we saw the whole Guest House and met Dejan, we decided to change our plans and stayed there one night more, because we thought that it wouldn't be easy to find such a great place in that area. The room was very comfortable and clean, the interior of the guest house is also very neat, nice and modern. The food was delicious and there was no problem to eat a decent meal, although I'm a vegetarian. Beautiful villa in a small village. (15 km to Koper by car)The villa is clean, well equipped and quiet. We hebben hier 4 nachten verbleven en alles wat tip-top in orde. De kamer was een mansarde onder het schuine dak, maar als je hier rekening mee houdt als je uit het bed stapt, vormt dit geen enkel probleem. De kamer was groot met een ruime badkamer en voldoende kastruimte. Alles was kraaknet en de airco kon je op nachtstand zetten zodat die stil was. Het bed is heel goed. Douchegel, shampoo, handzeep en haardroger zijn aanwezig. Het ontbijt (in een mooie kelder) was heel lekker, gevarieerd met zelfgemaakte gerechtjes, dingen uit de tuin en lekkere lindethee van de boom voor het guest house (ook de espresso is lekker). De ontvangst is super vriendelijk en je krijgt goede tips voor restaurantjes en om dingen te doen. De locatie is trouwens geweldig: we hebben van hieruit de kust bezocht (op een kwartier van het strand), Stanjel, de grotten van Skocjan, het kasteel van Predjama en Ljubljana (100 km rijden).
