Very quiet apartment with kitchenette in a very new and modern place.

Very modern, clean and nicely furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette. Bed is large and comfy. Nice shower with a rain shower, everything looks very new. We were met by the owner Boris who was helping us get in and also on our departure helped us get out as his premises are on what probably used to be a farm so the exit has a bit of a blind corner. He also provided us with a list of personal recommendations for locations to have dinner, we went to one of them which was one of the oldest, if not oldest restaurant in Ljubljana (Restaurant Sestica) - we can highly recommend it as well.

The location is very quiet, the rooms are situated close to a field, far away from the village road and thus quiet as a mouse. The room also has a small veranda but we didn't use it.

There was a Nespresso coffee machine but we couldn't find the coffee pads for it. If we didn't overlook it then it's a bit weird to expect a visitor to bring along his Nespresso cups in the hope that one will find a machine for it. I personally also like the highest quality toilet paper, I think both items won't cost much but will make a difference. These are recommendations,...

5+ Stars!!! Perfect Place to Stay!!! We booked same day! We were given great directions as we were driving in from Croatia. We arrived to a NEW beautiful location. Truly this is a sparkly clean, beautifully decorated flat. Very safe location close to the center. Market close by along with restaurants. Host also offered restaurant options. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony was great to have, the wifi was fast, the bathroom was big and nice.. This was one of the best locations we stayed across 30 days in Eastern Europe. A fine and luxurious base for my visit to Ljubljana. I spent a week here and liked it very much. The apartment has a spacious bedroom, a nice bed, a small but well-equipped kitchen and dining area and a luxurious bathroom.

The property is located in a suburb of Ljubljana, on a quiet road. You won't easily be bothered by traffic, tourists or nightlife here. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the centre of Ljubljana are all reasonably close (within a 10-minute drive). Definitely highly...
