Casa Mulino Where The Vineyards Meet the Sea is a luxury boutique bed and breakfast in a perfect area to explore the Istria Peninsula. The rooms and bathroom are large, very clean and offer beautiful views of the hills and vineyards stretching for miles. We especially appreciate the storage and oversized walk in closet for organizing luggage, clothes, and shoes. No shortage of well thought areas to store things out of sight. The pool and outdoor area is expansive and private offering lots of different places to sun by the pool or relax in the shade with views of vineyards stretching forever. It offers a great morning walk to the nearby village of Secovlje, and more options up into the hills overlooking the valley. The morning breakfast is one of the best anywhere. Tons of fresh locally sourced fruits, cheeses, meats, breads, sweets, and much more as well as fantastic omelettes or other egg options. You will not go hungry here! Casa Mulino also offers beer, locally produced wine, water, sodas, and substantial snacking options throughout the day and evening on the huge terrace by the pool. The host Claudia is super sweet and helpful and always available to help out with anything you need. One of our favorite bed and breakfasts anywhere. Luxury, privacy, and options to relax or be active in a casually elegant environment. Casa Mulino is a wonderful hidden gem nestled in the vineyards near a small village with easy access to the coast, Slovenian wineries, and Croatian wine tasting areas. The hosts Klavdija and Miro are sensational|Innkeepers and make you feel like family the moment you arrive. The rooms are sensational and very roomy with the highest quality furniture, fixtures, and amenities. The grounds are stunning including multiple patio areas, pool, and gardens. So many places to hang out it was hard to leave to explore the area. Klavdija keeps food and drinks out all day and night. We enjoyed hanging out in the evening and having snacks and awesome wine from the vineyards on the patio watching the sun set. The food was amazing and several helpers (Neva and Alexander) for just four rooms. We can’t say enough great things about Casa Mulino, Klavdija and Miro. We’ve been to dozens of B&Bs across Europe and this may be the best. Top quality food, big upscale room, luxurious sheets, super clean, awesome views, heated pool, huge patio, and superb service. We have just spent 3 fantastic days at Casa Mulino. Great location, surrounded by lush vineyards. Total luxury - Claudia & her team are committed to ensuring their guests have everything they need for a relaxing, luxurious stay. Rooms and communal areas are very modern and upmarket.
