Hotel Pod Roglo — Hotel in Zreče

I stayed here for 2 nights late Feb 2012 (Tuesday - Wednesday) half board for a day and a bit of skiing (just over 100 Euros for 2 nights including the ski pass).||It was clean, comfy, tidy, close parking, with keen and helpful staff and good food.||It's about 20 mins easy drive from the Rogla ski resort - you'll have to make your own mind up over whether that's the skiing for you.||Not many (any) Brits there, but the staff spoke enough English to get everything done.||There's a good bar in the hotel and one around the side of the hotel (with pool table).||I can't fault this place and they do a package which includes the ski pass.||I did not spot any night-life whatsoever - but note the days I was there and also .... I was in bed by 10 !||If I wanted to ski at Rogla again (or do anything close) I would have no hesitation in...

Beautiful design and decoration. Food I would say is 3.5-4 stars. I had a bad experience with one waitress but I can't judge the whole place from just her otherwise it would be 1 star. Came in and we knew what we wanted to eat but she refused to take the food order and just ignored my plea to order a menu and insisted on drinks first not wanting to even hear out my food order, speaking over me: "drinks...drinks" being very disrespectful. We finished most of our meal but was still quite a bit left on the plate I planned to eat or take home after we came back from a cigarette break. When we came back our whole table was cleared, all our food and drinks gone. Very rude and unprofessional. I usually dont write reviews and it is a shame such bad staff ruins an otherwise...

When we came here, almost half of the tables weren't occupied. Staff told us that they have to many guests and they can make only pizza. We ordered some flavoured water and we thought that it would be something draft but it was just water in plastic bottle. They didn't have any draft drinks except one kind of beer. From interesting non alcoholic drinks they had only some lemonade which was 0,3 litre for something about 3 €. We also wanted to order second drink after 45 minutes but no one came. We waited more than one hour for 5 pizzas and it wasn't really amazing. When we were leaving we wanted to split the bill but the waitress told us that it isn't possible and we have to pay it...
