Beautiful place (didn't see much got there at night left very early morning) , the security guard was very welcoming and friendly, we were so grateful for the receptionist we found as we got there very late when the kitchen was already closed but she still made sure we got the food.but😒 I wasn't happy about the room they gave us,if I leave my house to sleep out am expecting better than my own home bedroom not to downgrade, it wasn't comfortable at all. We didn't even get asked what Kind of room we wanted we woke up our bodies were so painful. The parking was almost empty so am certain the hotel wasn't fully booked AND When we got there we were told we could order the breakfast but when we ordered the lady told us we can't order we have to go to the restaurant and eat there. We had to drive quite a distance to work we were already late😒 so the Conversation went 📞" Hi ma'am can I please order breakfast as a takeaway," "no you can't order we don't do buffet as a takeaway" "Alright no problem can I pay for it and take it as a takeaway?" "let me go and asked my supervisor I'll call you back" "Alright thank you" 10 minutes later 📞 "Hello" "Hi can I please order? " "OH Hi ma'am I tried getting back to you but I couldn't" "Alright no problem what did your supervisor say?" "OH no he said you can only come eat in the restaurant" "Alright can I order anything at all pasta maybe just so I can eat on my way to work?", "no you can't order anything that's not breakfast" "what about beverages you also can't make them takeaway if we can at least get cuppochino ?" "OH you can take cuppochino as a takeaway" "Alright can I please have Two with cream" "OK" Then as I was waiting for my cuppochino by the counter with my empty stomach boom 1 guest with takeaways in a white plastic leaving the restaurant 😣 Never felt taken for granted that way in my entire existence first it was the room and then breakfast, things I was more than willing...

Very disappointing stay. Christmas day breakfast there were no bowls for cereal or glasses for juice and plates for hot meals. We had to keep asking for them and it was an extremely long breakfast waiting for crockery and hot meals to be topped when they ran out. No muffins left on the line.||||Lunch desserts ran out. Dinner I was refused room service and was told to come to buffet dinner even though baby was asleep in room. ||||Could not use hotel facilities as it was over crowded with outside guests. We didn't even get parking after we left the hotel to see if we could go somewhere else. Outside guest took our parking and blocked our trailer having a picnic. ||||Rooms not that clean. See pics. Fruit flies while brushing in your face so asked for bleach to clean myself. When I did so I was shocked as worms crawled out basin. Toilet is against a wall and when facing the wall when seated it smells of urine. Toilet exit has whole in wall and at night insects come in especially mosquitoes.||||Waitress Sanele extremely slow and no hospitality ethics in her.||||Spa treatment was a disaster as they have no receptionist and they frequently run out to assist guests while in treatment. Very noisy as kids in pool. ||||Was told when linen got messes that they can't change duvet cover until stay was over so didn't use linen. We recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in Baadplaas and we wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service we received. Your hotel's beautiful facilities and amenities truly made our stay memorable.

The rooms were well-maintained, and the showers were working perfectly. However, we did encounter a few issues with the cleanliness of our room. Unfortunately, the pillowcase was dirty with makeup stains, I guess from the previous client which wasn't ideal. Additionally, the chair in the room had some dirt or stains on it, which didn't quite meet our expectations for cleanliness.

Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were particularly impressed with the buffet breakfast. The food was not only visually appealing but also tasted amazing. We also had a wonderful dinner experience on one of the nights, and the food was consistently delicious throughout our two-day stay.

The staff at Ndalo Hotel were friendly, lovely, and provided excellent customer service. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome and valued.

Overall, we would highly recommend Ndalo Hotel to others due to the great service and amenities. We're grateful for the experience and appreciate the hard work your team puts into ensuring guests have a pleasant stay.
