One More Nap Self Catering — Hotel in Bayswater

I didn't know that self-catering implied that one should provide their own heating. Bloemfontein is very cold in the peak of winter. To have an accommodation place with absolutely no heating in the room, not even an electric blanket is down right cruel!||2. The shower only dished out either scalding hot water or freezing cold water! As though it's not enough to shiver all the way to the bathroom, now I had to stand in the shower, cold butt naked, trying my best to balance the temperature of the shower. I failed miserably! After 5 min of enjoying scalding hot water and freezing cold water, I had to towel my wet dirty body and leave the place.||3. As though that was not enough torture, the person I had found in the Reception and clearly articulated to them that I would be leaving at 8am, was no where to be found. I tried calling his cell phone only to be informed that the subscriber was not available! You probably wonder why I needed this person! Because the gate was locked and I couldn't be given the remote control!!! So, even if for some reason I needed to leave at midnight, say for a medical emergency, I wouldn't have been able to!!!||||As a global citizen who spends the bulk of his nights away from home, I must say this counts as the worst place I have...

.I do not recommend this hotel for business trips. We booked a six-night stay and paid in full for three rooms, but only received two. We were also asked to pay for an extra bed in the two rooms we received because they had to add beds and was not able to give us 3 Rooms. They refused to issue a refund for the third room. Additionally, our employees were not allowed to use the swimming pool, as they were informed it was "not for workers." Our team was there for shop fitting for a new restaurant. They only people who stayed there were contractors. So why have a pool if you want to...

The rooms where big enough and very neat. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they even went extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. It was just unfortunate that there were no heaters or electric blankets in the room as the weekend we stayed there was very cold. But I would recommend One More Nap to family...
