Lynette refuses to accept the obvious obligation to return our R2000 deposit simply because we checked in late. I strongly recommend that you do not use this property given my experience. It erased all the beautiful memories đ I donât even know what to do.
UPDATE (08/08/2023) We were already done and waiting for transport outside, during which time cleaners could have started. The absence of communication and initiative from your end was frustrating. Also, being stranded without network signal upon leaving the lodge was inconvenient. It's shocking that you make no mention of the deposit that was supposedly for damages. We received no information about this upon arrival or throughout our stay. Your overall lack of transparency and communication is deeply disappointing and has tarnished what should have been a straightforward experience.
