Homestead Villas — Hotel in Bellville

Homestead Villas has now been added to my list of preferred places to stay when I travel to Cape Town. Our travels are not always just for leisurely breakaways and Homestead lends itself to a homely feeling after a long day of activity. The hosts were very friendly, and the meals were fresh and tasty. Needs a bit of sharpening up. Some touch up needed. Not convinced its targeting business people. The clue was that the chair at the writing desk is about 6 inches too low - and it cant be lifted. Breakfast also starts at 7 which is too late for business people. They were very accommodating when I asked for an early breakfast. The gentleman who welcomed us was such a delight. Kind and patient. The room was luxurious and so cozy yet big, really enjoyed it. The bathroom was clean and tidy and the shower pressure, amazing.
