Aquila Safari Eco Synergy — Hotel in Breede Valley Local Municipality

Extremely Frustrated with the Quad Safari Service personnel. Total mismanagement and disorganization. Initially, we waited for about half an hour for our reservation, until someone showed up to inform that they double booked us, and we couldn't do our Quad Safari as they were fully booked. The other group that was double booked was preferred over us, not sure why. Then after a long discussion, they managed to find us a spot. Half of our group actually did the ride, and it was great, but then when we got back we were informed that there was no time for the 2nd half of the group to go. Came for a day safari from Cape Town and had a lovely day! The bus that picked us up from the hotel was punctual and the breakfast on arrival was nice. We went on a fantastic safari led and driven by Fin. Fin was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and made it an excellent experience. Be aware that they playing with words by saying full day safari. It’s only 2,5 hours with animals. Full day or half day the same time with animals 2,5 hours. The difference only food that included....
