Breede Valley Exploration Oasis The landscaped gardens were wonderful. Jaco was extremely welcoming and friendly. We were able to completely relax. We stayed for only 1 x night at Picardi Place and on arrival, we immediately 'switched off' and relished the surroundings of the property. We sat under the large oak tree looking out over the lawn with mountains in the distance. The 2 x beautiful dogs arrived to say hi before we met Jaco. Jaco was great to meet, we had a few laughs about his mum believing we had been 'on the gin' when we called. Jaco told us all about the pasta and bread making courses as well as the night market he hosts - great reasons for us to return. We know the area quite well and Picardi Place offers a great venue to explore from, relax at and potentially pick up some cuisine tips & tricks - we'll let you know.

We only stayed one night at this beautiful place, tucked away between the vineyards and very close to Goudini Spa. We loved it! We stayed at the cottage named “Thyme” which was nicely decorated and had everything we need. The fresh flowers next to the bed was a nice touch as well as the fudge and percolated coffee. The garden is beautiful with its green grass and flowers that are in bloom. The staff and the dogs were very friendly and our host, Jaco, was very helpful and kind.This is definitely a place where you can just relax and be yourself. We missed out on the hot tub, but will definitely be back to relax in it.

We stayed in the Oregano room which had a self -catering kitchen packed with the essentials, and a connected lounge/TV room with additional shower and toilet. The room was suitably rustic and country-chic in style with A/C which came in handy. The highlight was the wood fired hot tub. It was an excellent stay, we loved the seclusion, attention to detail all round. We'll be back to stay in the cottage next time👍🏾 Thanks a mil to Frank for looking after us and Sybil and Thabo for affection and protection. The veg and fruit garden was really inspiring as well. Hope to visit soon.

I spend the first 2 nights of our honeymoon at PicardiPlace. My Wife and i had an amazing stay, it was comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Jaco used fresh herbs and ingredients and made our stay quite memorable. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone and we will definitely come back in the future.

The worst part of our stay was they fact the the walls are quite thin and there are doors connecting the rooms so we heard the people next door making noises at night which woke us up. Im not sure if it is possible to sound proof the rooms or create a wall to stop this from happening.
