It’s not often that I’m lost for words, but our experience at Kings Camp was a dream come true! |The staff are exceptional at making you feel welcome and at ease from the moment you arrive. The hospitality and attentiveness is not temporary, it continues for the entirety of your stay. You truly feel part of their family and community. |The suite was exceptional with an attention to detail and comfort not seen many times, if ever, at other hotels or lodges. |The food was always of the highest standard and quality and provided excellent variety and choice. My wife is coeliac so has to have an adapted menu due to needing a strict gluten free diet and this was provided from the moment of arrival and all staff were aware of this need. We did not need to remind or mention it again. |The Safari experience was nothing short of magical. Our guide Remember and tracker Elvis were so skilled, calm and professional. Watching them work was almost as joyous as viewing all of the incredible animals and wildlife we were able to view. We were able to see interactions and behaviours from the big five that we will never forget. |The luxury and splendour of Kings Camp will never not impress, but it is the people who made this such a unique experience. My husband and I had the best stay at Kings Camp. The second we arrived we were treated like part of the family. The hospitality is out of the world. From the food to the drinks, everyone was top notch. There was thought put into every breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also there were always surprises for how the meals would go. Once we had breakfast out in the safari areas and had surprise private dinners on our deck!

The lodge it self is immaculate. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lots of trees and greenery. There a beautiful large pool that elephants will come up to. The rooms are huge with full bathrooms that have bathtubs, indoor and outdoor showers! Fully stocked minibar with different liquors and beers, soft drinks, waters. We had a private plunge and also a fire pit. There was daily service in the rooms with downturn service as well while you were on the safaris.

Now the safaris… I mean the highlight of this camp. It was incredible. Our driver Cynet and watcher Sunny Boy were the best!! They were so friendly, sweet and easy to talk to. They ensured that we saw all the animals we wanted to see and more! They always got us as close to the animals as possible and kept us safe while doing it.
