Masana Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Bushbuckridge

1st day was fine, got welcomed by a very friendly lady, what I disliked was the breakfast, it was served as is, no choice at all, I had to ask for juice, bread was dry, not a kind of breakfast one could expect from a boutique hotel. 2nd day after a week I was welcomed by a lady who was not so professional, I chose the room that was above the reception, the toilet had a very bad smell, I could not sleep because of the noise made by the night receptionist, I woke up and I was ready for breakfast at 7am, I had a meeting at 8am in town, I waited at the dining room, until I asked why am I not served breakfast, I was told that there is no bread, I left at 7:45 after asking to get a takeaway of what they had. I called the Guest House on the 26 of June to reserve a room for the 18th-20th of July. I spoke to a lady called Mercury and she said I will have space and I can pay on arrival. I arrived on the 18th in the evening and I was told that the place is fully booked and I can not get a room, the lady confirmed that she canceled my booking to accommodate the other guests.
