The food was awesome. The spa massage was incredibly, Tinyiko the therapist she was one of the best. The house ware so clean. The staff were very friendly The shower doesn't have a place to put on your bathing towel and soap while bathing. The challenge is the bathing water was not that warm, we reported the matter but it was not fixed and i didn't get any respond. Challenges of load shading there is no backup...

They did not have half the food on the menu. When I tried to speak to Walter he was very arrogant and mean. The rooms are very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The swimming pool was very dirty. The bar manager was very friendly and welcoming. General staff attitude is not so great...
