Petite - Struisbaai Accommodation — Hotel in Cape Agulhas Local Municipality

This petite little place wins on value for money – hands down it delivers a quiet, relaxed peaceful stay with absolutely no drama.

While Struisbaai is itself a quiet town, staying here was special in that you have privacy and an opportunity to unplug completely.

And a large credit must to Wimpie for his generous and engaging nature that breaks the ice gently and makes you feel like you are included when you stay here.

It was super for him to have time to chat to us and share his story – that really was a highlight.

The unit is set up very well – lounge, kitchenette, large bed (two singles) and bathroom were all neatly, clean and fresh – there are some hotels who should take notes.

There was an electric hotplate as well as a gas stove to mitigate load shedding which has become part of our lives.

Louise also ensured that there were battery powered torches to light (with fresh batteries) and they have a UPS to keep the Wi-Fi on during power outages.

Parking is safe and free.

Louise and Winpie were lovely hosts and the place felt like home the 10 days we stayed there. They thought of everything you may need and are always willing to help with anything. Love the front chairs and table and the clean decoration and huge bathroom. We are defo coming back...
