Fraudsters for people!,Booked a stay with them for 2 weeks a month before I was supposed to go on my vacation received a very unwelcoming message from them asking if i knew there was nothing to do there (specifically booked because of the quietness). Booked 2 units one for my family and one for my grandmother was asked to give up one unit even though it was already paid for upfront and booked. Decided because of this message i would cancel a whole month prior just for them to tell me they won't be paying my money back in full even though the policy on their booking sites states 100% of the money would be paid back if you cancel a month in advance which I did.Then contacted them just for them to call me pet names and laugh about the situation and tell me they won't be paying back my money and their reasoning for this was " what if you didn't let us know a month in advance " and then put the phone down in my ear. This is very unprofessional behavior and Fraudulent behavior and I am appalled by how people can act like this and call themselves businesses owners! I made peace with the money they took but decided the least I can do is let people know this is how they run...

Nestled in Lamberts Bay, a fisherman's dorpie,this place was and is extremely popular. The landlord was extremely friendly, and provided us with a seaview room. A two bedroom room, very cozy, neat and tidy. And also not very expensive. Parking also available on the premises. Lamberts Bay is a very nice place and the people also very friendly. The drive took us about 3hours +- from Cape Town. At the beach, braai facilities and entertainment area available and also a public gym 🏋️‍♀️ 💪for the health fundis. Weather was perfect 🥰. You can go and visit Bird 🐦 🦜 🦚 island if you want to go and do some sight seeing. Oh, and I forgot, buying big fat snoek fish 🐟 and kreef/crayfish that comes straight from the ocean. You can buy the fish straight from the ship if you want to have a lekker fish braai. We also visited Lamberts Bay food where they make and produce the frozen chips 🍟 😋 which we buy in our shops here in Cape Town. So, if you ever want to go and visit a dorpie, visit Lamberts Bay. The most hospitable hosts and lovely accommodation in Lamberts Bay We stayed in the flat which had everything one could need. The view from the balcony is over some rooftops towards the ocean. It was amazing to sit there in the mornings and evenings and watch the sunrise or sunset whilst being entertained by seagulls and seeing the ocean. Its literally a 100m away. It makes you think of Italy when seeing the rooftops so close. Very nice. The accommodation is central and one could walk safely to the nearest restaurant. We stayed 3 days and when we left it felt like we're leaving old friends or family. We will be back. We had a look at the backpackers and wow...lovely as well.
