Nova Constantia Boutique Residence — Hotel in Constantia

Staying at Nova Constantia when visiting Cape Town and surroundings is a no-brainer for us. This was our 5th stay and - as always - we felt really sad when we had to leave. Why we love it so much ? Nova Constantia is a peaceful haven with a large and quiet garden, a great pool, fantastic restaurants nearby, downtown Cape Town is only 20 to 25 minutes away (around 10 euro when using Uber) and the very best service. Like many other reviews its 5 Stars all the way for this wonderful oasis a very easy car ride from Capetown. From the wonderful welcome from Lee to the delicious breakfast cooked by the fabulous Nova team its an absolute joy. The room actually it was akin to an apartment was exquisitely decorated, very comfortable and great to relax in after a busy day of sightseeing around the neighbouring areas..... don't look to Town this is a must stay location and the peace an tranquillity will be the perfect way to relax and put your feet up with a lovely glass of wine..... We stayed here in March and it was truly idyllic. A stunning property that is so clearly the labour of love from the attentive owners. Lee was a super host, full of enthusiasm for the local area and certainly worth picking his brain for good local vineyards and eateries. The private villa we had was amazing and, whilst we were just a couple, this would be great for a family. The breakfast here is excellent too.

The property isn't really walking distance to anywhere, but ubers are so cheap and available, it doesn't matter at all. We will return as and when we next head back...
