We stayed here for one night during the cold winter month of May. Tgis was my firat visit to this establishment.Travelled with 2 colleges and we booked 3 rooms. My room was fairly large with all self catering equipment required. I found the place to be very neat and tidy and the charge per room reasonable considering what was in the room I stayed in room 14 (family room) which was beautifully decorated . There was a heater and an air cooler at my disposal and the beds had electric blankets. The bathroom had a fitted heater as well.||Why I gave this place a 3 star rating. ||TV remote not working |Old tv in room |Limited tv channels available. |No wifi avaliable |Breakfast was not available on the premises and we had to travel almost a kilometer to Fisant for breakfast. |In need of an air conditioner in the room.|We were not told if there were anyone on the premises in case of an...

Super accommodating to our family room request, going with them was a no-brainer. ||On arrival, we were told our room would be at HoepHoep, 1km away and it was great. Neat, homey and accomodating, their family room really made a good impression on is. Unfortunately the electric blankets didn't work, but we survived. Very neat bathroom and super hot water, the highlight of every shower.||Breakfast was served at Fisant, a drag to drive but it was lovely. An array of options, a hearty breakfast. Definitely value for money.||The staff could have been friendly, a slight dampener to an otherwise...

Saying she can't do anything and we must speak to the owner that is in Cape Town, we called and he hung the phone on us. 5min later then arrived at the guesthouse. We were asked to be responsible for the electricity ourselves as they couldn't fix it the whole day. In short, the experience wasn't handled...
