Guiletta made this special occasion more special for my partner and I by arranging a delicious charcuterie platter and flowers for our room - which bolstered a stunning view of the mountainous surroundings, which will leave you feeling refreshed, as well as away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Jean and I had the most relaxing time at Pumula. the cottage was beautifully clean and tidy. Our hosts were always there to assist if anything was needed, but we were left to enjoy ourselves. There was plenty of wood available to enjoy a fire in the evening with a few sundowners. The swimming pool was lovely and big and perfect to cool off in after a hot day of exploring. Pumula is only 30Km from Clarens and the roads are perfect. Pumula is also a few Km's from the Lesotho Border, if you feel like something different, just remember your Covid Certificate. We found Pumula to be a lovely place to stay over for a few nights at the end of the year. The unit was basic but comfortable and was equipped will all that we needed for our stay. Our two young children loved running around on the large lawns and playing at the playground. The swimming pool was a welcome relief for the hot days.
