Garden Palace Guesthouse — Hotel in Dipaleseng Local Municipality

I booked a stay with Garden Palace and they cancelled my booking a few days before I was meant to check in after accepting my booking and taking my payment! I was traveling on a busy weekend and they knew very well I would not find an alternative when they cancel my booking. The Balfour place has a smell to it like you are in a kraal, the actual guest house needs a lot of renovations but they are trying shame. The reason I gave them this rating is the host, the hostess had a white t-shirt that was super dirty and she was responsible for delivering our food. One of thee best accommodations I've stayed at. The host and staff are super friendly and accommodating; they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We were even allowed to check-out late, and were provided with a room to use during these "extra hours". We were at Balfour for a wedding, and were we allowed to use their garden for pictures.
