Oceanic Hotel East London — Hotel in Eastern Cape

To say that iam upset is an understatement the place is horrible ,dirty pots and extremely dirty unpleasant cloths for washing dishes,we got there only to find that we need to carry out own match imagine I had to cause a scene for me to get a match box and was told I was supposed to have brought mine like wtf, there's a cat inside the hotel that kept irritating us throughout the wee hours of the morning who keeps a cat inside a hotel room with guests really since it was raining the rooms are leaking worse today we woke up to no water at all no one from management bothered communicating with us let alone make means for us to get water so that we may bath ,what you see on the photos is not a true reflection of the hotel iam so disappointed the only good thing was the service from the lady who works in the reception otherwise this was a nightmare one of the cleaning ladies was using a very dirty bucket for cleaning inside a sink health...

apon arrival we were helped by a lady , but while she was helping us she was busy on her phone calling her friends so we literally had to wait for her to finish and we didn’t have anywhere to sit so imagine the wait. We got to the rooms they were okay i guess but when it was time to sleep the bedding was so smelly , it was like the sheets weren’t washed for the past 2/3 months , they smelt horrible. The plugs weren’t working so our phones were flat till the following day. The sink in the rooms was leaking so on top of the bedding smell , the water dripped down to the carpet revealing this other unpleasant smell , honestly if i could , i would rate this...

promise looks are deceiving. completely safe, great atmosphere, staff is friendly, welcoming and awesome people. The food is divine, took my kids there that is how great it was. I would give it 5 but it needs tremendous upgrades. pool tables, the walls everything, it looks like it is being done up and I really do hope they get that done so can play decent pool and that it doesnt look run down like the rest of the suburb but being inside with those people change your whole...
