The room you get is not the room you book. The outdoor property is poorly maintained. The basic things that should be included in the experience had to be continuously asked for. The breakfast was incomplete and the staff had more excuses than solutions. False advertising, poor customer service and inconvenience rather than relaxation. We were warmly welcomed like old family by the hostess and her daughter. Their home is beautiful, furnished with antiques and works of art. The garden is shady and the swimming pool would be a delight in summer. We had a private spacious deck overlooking the Nahoon River. There is secure private parking in the grounds. I had the most exquisite 30th birthday celebration all thanks to the lovely owner and family of On the Summit lodge.
The deco was AMAZING... The food prepared with such love and warmth and tasted magnificent... The care each person showed to make my event the most memorable.
