When looking at the website and what you get - NOT the same.||No DSTV - Not even a hair dryer in the room. Curtains falling from the rails. Coffee station with a dirty cup and not even a teaspoon. Bedside lamps not working, fridge plugged out and defrosted leaving the carpet wet. Mirror in the bathroom fell off, just plonked down on the side of the basin. No coffee shop and restaurant as advertised. Very poor breakfast, it was made and plated hours before then warmed up in the microwave. You've got to sit and hoot at the gate for the security guard to open it for you as you don't get a remote. Desk at reception packed full of toilet paper did not leave a good first impression. I had to go and draw cash to pay for the accommodation as the card machine, which was held together with pieces of tape and dirty stickers would not accept my card. Liezelle and Ayden were very professional, my children found snacks and sweets everyday after the cleaning was done. We thought that was really a good surprise. The Chef and Nomsa served different fresh breakfast everyday they even noticed what i like and made sure it was always available. I don't really eat breakfast but i found myself eating everyday, i could not taste any oil just pure flavor! Fresh different fruit everyday. Cleaning ladies did an excellent job, one time they cleaned our room twice because we went to the beach came back to a clean room, went out to eat. Surprise, room was clean again. Good pool. My stay at this guest house was disappointing, to say the least. Despite claiming to be a four-star accommodation, it barely reached a two-star standard. The bathrooms were a letdown, with masking tape poorly concealing issues around the taps, and the plumbing felt precarious. The worn-out sofa in my room was torn, adding to the overall shabbiness.
